- Payment information: we do not store any credit card or payment card data on our servers. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS-certified payment processor. - Communications: the content of any messages, inquiries, or correspondence you send us via our contact form, email, or phone.
We may also automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and browser type
- Pages visited and time spent on our site

This technical data is collected through standard web server logs and may be used to improve the functionality and performance of our website. We do not currently use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

- Payment processing: to initiate and verify your deposit payment via Stripe. We share only the minimum necessary data with Stripe to complete the transaction.
- Customer communications: to respond to your inquiries, send booking confirmations, pre-charter instructions, and follow-up communications.
- Service improvement: to understand how customers use our website and services so we can improve them.
- Legal compliance: to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or legal processes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
How We Share Your Information
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: with trusted vendors who assist us in operating our business, such as Stripe for payment processing and email service providers for transactional messages. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your information.
- Crew and charter staff: limited booking details may be shared with our captain and crew as needed to fulfill your charter.

- Business transfers: in connection with any merger, sale, or transfer of all or a portion of our business assets.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Booking records are generally retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights, below).

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
